Who is this article for?Primary and Place Admins wanting to manage their personalised reports in Analytics
When reviewing your Ops' performance on the Analytics page, quite often you will apply data filtering configuration that you may want to refer to again.
Saving these criteria will enable you to quickly and easily come back to your preferred filters.
1. Manage Reports
By expanding the pink bar on the left side of the screen you will find the Manage Reports menu. Most items in this menu will show a star icon to favourite them, this moves them to the top of the list to refer back to them in the future.
The reports generated by your user, when hovered over will show 3 extra icons to let you:
- Edit the report's name
- Delete it from the list
- Make it shareable and available to other members of your Organisation.
