Operations (Ops) have different statuses that will appear in reports. This article provides an overview of what each of the statuses means.
1. Status Descriptions
Status | Type | Description |
---|---|---|
Not Due | Not Started/Not Due | Scheduled but not yet available to be completed. |
To Do | Not Started/Due | Scheduled and available to be completed. |
To Do (Late) | Not Started/Overdue | Scheduled and available to be completed. Past due time, not yet missed. |
Started | Started/Due | Scheduled or triggered on-demand Op that has been started but not yet submitted. |
Started (Late) | Started/Overdue | Scheduled or triggered on-demand Op that has been started but not yet submitted. Past due time, not yet missed. |
Pending Approval | Completed/Due | Scheduled or triggered on-demand Op completed and submitted. Pending approval. |
Completed | Completed/Due | Scheduled or triggered on-demand Op completed and submitted. |
Completed (Late) | Completed/Overdue | Scheduled or triggered on-demand Op completed and submitted after its due time. |
Missed | Not Started/Missed | Scheduled but not submitted before the missed by time. Can no longer be completed. |

Ops scheduled this way will never be considered Missed for the purposes of analytics.
