1. What are you changing in the product?
Changes to the application include UI changes to the logos, colour scheme, product name, and company name within the Web and Native Mobile apps.

2. Why are you changing the name of the product?
We are changing the name of the product to better align with our company's brand identity and make it easier for our customers to recognise our products as being from a trusted provider of regulatory and compliance software.
3. What will be different about the product's user interface?
Changes will be immediately noticeable, starting with a brand-new font that's more readable and a refreshed color palette that aligns with the Ideagen brand. In addition, our icons have been updated to match our new look and feel.

The layout and functionality of the app will be largely unchanged, preserving the user experience with which current users are already familiar.
4. When can I expect the change to be implemented?
The change in brand and interface will occur in version 3.0 of the product, which is expected on October 4th, 2023.
5. When will the changes apply to me?
The changes to the web and mobile apps will apply as soon as your app is updated to version 3.0 from your respective app store.
To ensure that the changes take effect on the native app as soon as they are available, please enable auto-updates in your app store.
6. Will my data be affected by the rebrand and style change?
No, your data will not be affected by the rebrand and style change. All your existing data will remain intact and accessible in the new user interface.
7. Will I need to update my existing integrations with the rebrand?
There is no need to worry as all technical links and URLs will continue to work as they do now.
8. Will there be any downtime during the transition to the new UI?
No additional downtime will occur; the rebrand is no different than a typical product update.
9. What is not included in the rebrand?
At this time, the support email will remain support.opsbase@ideagen.com. The Knowledge Base and Help Articles will also still reference the product as OpsBase. This is planned to be updated in the coming weeks, however the current rebranding is focused specifically on the product itself.
