Who is this article for?All Staff wanting to raise an Issue at any given time
When your Staff are going about their daily responsibilities, they may come across problems in your business that need attention: low PPE stock, a light bulb out., tripping hazard by the exit...
When they see these problems, there are two ways that they can raise them as Issues for attention and resolution:
- From the Web App
- From the Native app
1. The Web App
From the Op To-Do list, navigate to the Issues tab on the top of the page. Once there, the big + button will allow you to start a new Issue.
The new pop-up window will request you to enter the following information regarding the nature of the Issue:
- Title
- Type- determined by your Primary admins when building your Ops
- Flag (priority)- similarly to Issue Types, Flags will be preconfigured by your Primary users
- Place
- Associated Assets- optional
- Comment- the person completing this has the option to attach a photograph along with any text, or on its own

2. The Native App
In a similar fashion to the Web app, your staff can raise Issues directly from their individual or shared devices.
By navigating to the middle tab at the bottom of the app, they can tap on the pink + button (bottom right) and raise a new Issue.
They will be prompted to enter similar information as seen on the Web app:
- Title
- Type- determined by your Primary admins when building your Ops
- Flag (priority)- similarly to Issue Types, Flags will be preconfigured by your Primary users
- Place
- Comment- the person completing this has the option to attach a photograph along with any text, or on its own
Differently from the process on the Web app, assets ought to be added to the Issue after this has been opened:
- Once your Issue has been created, tap on it to open it
- Go to the Edit button
- On the following pop-up screen you will see an Asset field that will prompt a list of assets to choose from
