Place Admin permissions are required.
Teamboards are shared devices used by one or more teams to complete their Operations (Ops) and manage Issues. This article walks you through how to create and use them.
1. Creating Teamboards
To create a Teamboard:
- Open Settings.
- Select Users.
- Switch to the Teamboards tab.
- Click the Plus button in the bottom right.
This will display a pop-up.
- Give your board a Title.
- Select the Place it will be associated with.
- Click Create.
This will take you to another pop-up showing the information you provided so far.
- Click Select a team.
- Select the appropriate team(s).
You can create a team from this view if needed.
You are now ready to access your Teamboard on the shared device!
2. Accessing Teamboards
To access the Teamboard:

- Open the app on a shared device.
- Tap Sign in with a teamboard code.
- Enter the 9-digit code from the web app.
If the code is correct, you will be automatically logged into the Teamboard and remain logged in until you manually log out.
3. Using Teamboards
Each Teamboard will only show Ops and Issues assigned to the Teams selected when setting it up.
This means that items assigned to Positions or individual Users will not be displayed (unless configured otherwise).
In this example, the Teamboard is configured to be used by the Management Team in Nottingham.
This means that only Users assigned to the Management Team located in Nottingham will be able to start and complete Ops and manage Issues on this board.
Ops and Issues assigned to other Teams in Nottingham or Management Teams in a different Place will not appear.
Teamboards assigned to multiple Teams (e.g.: Management Team and Maintenance Team) will show Ops and Issues for both Teams.
