No elevated permissions are required.
When accessing Smartforms through the mobile app, you have two ways to log in. Both methods require an internet connection. This article walks you through how to access the system using each of them.
1. Email
You can log in on a personal device using credentials associated with your user profile.
To log in using this method:
- Open the app on a personal device.
- Enter your email address.
- Click the Arrow icon.
This will prompt an email with a code to be sent to your email.
- Enter the 4-digit code from the email.
If the code is correct, you will be automatically logged into the app and remain logged in until you manually log out.
You will have access to Ops and Issues relevant to your User configuration.
2. Teamboard code
You can log in on a shared device using a Teamboard code provided to your Team by the Admin.
To log in using this method:
To access the Teamboard:
- Open the app on a shared device.
- Tap Sign in with a teamboard code.
- Enter the 9-digit code from the web app.
If the code is correct, you will be automatically logged into the Teamboard and remain logged in until you manually log out.
You will have access to Ops and Issues relevant to your Team/Place configuration.
