Who is this article for?Primary and Place Admins that want to review data generated at their Org when is most useful
The Quick Reports functionality allows you to quickly generate reports within certain pages without having to navigate to the Analytics menu. For example, whilst looking at a staff record you may want to quickly see what issues are currently assigned to that member of the team.
Quick reports can be accessed in the following places:
- Operations
- View the entire Op History for the selected Op Definition
- All Issues raised whilst performing this Op Definition - Users (i.e. Settings > Users)
- View all Ops completed by this person
- All Issues raised by this person
- All Issues assigned to this person
Whilst in one of the pages that offer Quick Reports, hover over the records and select the report you would like to see.
The system will then automatically open the requested report.
You can then use the Filtering and Group By tools to narrow down the data to what may be important to you (as seen in our Reporting Overview article) and Save this new report to re-use in future.
