Who is this article for?Primary and Place Admins that want to allow their staff to add notes and raise Issues from their Op questions
As an Admin, you have the ability to allow your users to add a Note or raise an Issue while answering an Op Question.
In order to activate this new feature:
- On the WebApp, navigate to the Op of your choice
- Open the Op Builder
- Click on the Settings tab
- Within the Options section, enable the Allow notes and issues to be added to any question? setting
- The Notes function is especially useful if, for example, you need your users to upload an image as they complete the Operation to show compliance
- The Issues function is instead really helpful when completing Audits or Daily Walk Around Checks, the user can raise ad-hoc Issues while performing the checks
Be aware that if a question in your Op has an Issue Form Flow active, only the Notes icon would be visible for that Question
